Common Sense media at San Francisco's legendary City Hall
Elevate partnered with Do Good Events to produce Common Sense Media’s (CSM) annual gala at San Francisco’s legendary City Hall to handle all A/V, Lighting, Staging, and stage production. Elevate was also responsible for interfacing and assisting with a variety of installations coming in from different companies and sponsors; many of whom had little event experience. Through the guidance and support from Elevate’s experienced production managers and on-site tech’s, they were able to bring together these moving parts, making for a seamless and successful event.
Old Navy ONLT Offsite Meeting
Gap asked Elevate to lead their Old Navy marketing and creative teams in a short 30-day timeline for planning, experience design, and venue selection. Immersing ourselves with the entire design and production implementation for its leadership off site and brand retrospective, we scouted and secured the venue: di Rosa in Napa. With its offbeat art and history, it was the perfect setting. We took over a 30,000 square foot gallery and video-mapped the entire presentation space. In response to the programs tremendous success, Old Navy invited Elevate to lead other projects and become a go-to vendor resource for all their brands, leading to many more opportunities.
Global Cocktail Competition at Bently Reserve
Elevate and Blueprint Studios collaborated to design and produce the San Francisco-hosted global competition. Among the special touches: we incorporated video mapping on props and worked with each finalist competitor to customize their presentation. Timing was crucial as hundreds of participants arrived moments before their appearances requiring prompt, fast on their feet production execution with no room for errors.
Advocamp Conference at Hyatt Regency
Elevate lead the way to ensure top-notch production for a 2,000 person general session with 4 very large breakout sessions at their 2017 San Francisco, all-hands conference. The unique stage design made up of a 120’L rear projected set with custom printed surround required extensive back-end coordinating for seamless execution.
