The Challenge
Lattice required a launch event that was technically clean and visually sophisticated, moving beyond standard production setups. This involved two primary challenges:
1. Aesthetic Integration: Designing a main stage environment that was visually smooth, eliminating the distraction of bulky AV equipment while maximizing screen real estate for high-definition content delivery.
2. Hybrid Execution: Producing a complex live show with multiple speakers, video assets, and interactive demos, all while simultaneously live-streaming the content flawlessly to an international digital audience.

Presentation Engineering & Show Operations
- Technical Run of Show (ROS) & Calling: Our Presentation Engineering team developed the detailed technical Run of Show (ROS), ensuring every cue-from speaker entrances to content transitions-was precisely timed. Elevate’s Show Caller produced the event live, ensuring a perfectly paced and delivered show.
- Content Management: We handled the entire content creation and delivery workflow, collaborating with the client to format, integrate, and test all presentation graphics and video assets for maximum impact on the large-format screens.
Global Streaming and Broadcast
- Multi-Camera Live Stream: We provided Streaming and Capture services, delivering a multi-camera, high-definition live stream of the launch to a global audience. This ensured Lattice’s message reached every key stakeholder, regardless of their location.
Technical Demo Environments
- Custom Demo Station Build-Out: Beyond the main stage, we executed a complex technical build-out of over 50 custom demo stations for tech partners. Each station was a fully operational unit, complete with LED screens and specialized demo gear, providing hands-on opportunities critical for showcasing the new technology. This intricate build required detailed backstage systems management and technical coordination.
Integrated Audiovisual Systems
- Lighting and Sound: The main stage was supported by a full Sound System and Lighting Design package for both the keynote room and demo room. Our expert audio engineers ensured crystal-clear vocal reinforcement, while the creative lighting rig provided stylistic enhancements to elevate the brand and scenic elements, optimizing the entire environment for the broadcast feed.
